A New Chapter Beings

The First Blog Post on this website!

Today, I’m writing the first blog post to go here. I’m so excited. If you had asked me 6 months ago if I thought I’d be running my own business, I’d said “Hell no.” I was terrified just to hold my first workshop that I had proposed. I had noticed there was a lack of deity centered workshops in my local metaphysical stores. A friend was opening up their own metaphysical store and I took the chance, asking if I could host workshops there. I had no idea what I was doing or signing myself up for. But I took the leap, and now I’ve been teaching in my community for 6 months and I’m opening my business.

I remember asking Hekate, who was accompanying me to this meeting with the new owner of the shop, if I was really ready for this. If I really knew enough to start teaching others. I had barely been a witch for a year at that point and felt like I wasn’t ready. She told me that they knew I could do it and she told me to just try. I agreed to try for 6 months. If I wasn’t happy with it after April 2026, I’d stop and just fade into the community again. Well, my friends, It’s May 10, 2026, when I’m writing this and I’m clearly still here.

There were plenty of times I wanted to quit in that first 6 months. When I thought no one would show up and almost cancelled a few of the workshops. When I kept changing the content trying to find what worked. Even now, this month, I’ve changed the flow of everything again. But I’m learning and improving each month. And isn’t the the beautiful part of life?

So what should you know about these blogs?

These blogs will be on a monthly basis, where I’ll cover a topic. Whether that’s something related to Witchcraft 101, deity work, or whatever I’m thinking about. So stay tuned and see what comes ups.
